eMOD is led by CEO Kaitlin Frank, who envisioned and led the development of eMOD while a Superintendent. Kaitlin’s unique expertise and advocacy of technology has had a visible and notable impact on the construction industry. A recognized thought leader, she has been named a Top Tech Powered Superintendent by Plangrid in 2019, awarded Top Women in Construction by Constructech in 2020 and awarded Construction Champion: Up and Coming Leaders by Construction Dive in 2021. She acts as an industry advisor to prominent technology providers and has spoken in advocacy of technology at national conferences and in podcasts.
