Tania is a successful Program and Project Management Professional with over 15 years of experience leading complex projects in the design and construction industry. She has extensive experience in Aviation design and construction starting her career as a civil engineer and working up to the Owner’s Responsible-in-Charge Project Manager leading a $1B Design-Build San Francisco International Airport Terminal 3 West Modernization Project. Tania is now serving as the Vice President at the Lincoln Property Company where she enjoys using her strategic leadership and successful team-building skills in Real Estate Development.
