I think the end of the day because my worldview is that everybody wants to come to work and put their best effort. That's kind of where I come from.

So I lean on that truth for myself in that belief, and belief that people want to do that. When I message that message with that, and kind of go into the things I need to talk about regarding being better, or more efficient or safer, or removing waste, I come from that angle. It always resonated with people, the ones that didn't want to hear you sometimes it took them a while. One of the persons that was a resistor for years, ultimately left our company and sent me a message probably a year later saying, "Hey, you know what, that stuff you were talking about, it mattered. And it was it was good stuff, I want you to know, and I'm on another job implementing it now, so thank you."
You know, I never expected that. That's crazy how it sometimes works, right?
Yeah! Get some skeptics. You're eventually gonna you're gonna come around. Henry, I believe entirely what that philosophy but that's the first time I've heard you say that philosophy. And I've even listened to some of the other podcasts you've been on. I believe the same thing. Everybody that comes to work wants to have a good experience. Nobody wakes up and says I want to have a bad experience or want to be taken advantage of. I want to grind all day and get nothing done or have my time wasted. I don't know anybody that has that type of mentality coming to work. And yet, that's the type of work systems environments that we have in construction, but your projects are different. Your approach is different.
