I want everyone to be successful because I know I'll get a better project. Think about that. What is alternative thinking? The alternative is the mainstream thought that if I win, you must lose. The game isn't binary. There are more than two outcomes. We can put the project first and all parties can win. We can battle and all parties lose. We can undermine others to benefit in the short term but people that understand the construction game is long gameplay, play to win/win with all.
