Many project managers are tasked with numerous responsibilities across a project including budgeting, procurement, costing, and more, often across multiple sites. Starting with standard processes first, one electrical trade contractor found a sustainable path to improvement led by the project team leads. Lean values like respect for people and continuous improvement ultimately serve customers but it starts with the value creators first. These electrical foremen are a positive example of how companies can use digital tools to leverage improvements across one job to across all their projects.
